These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website operated by Kalviro Ventures LLP (“Kalviro”, “we”, “us”) at kalviroventures.com and related subdomains (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Kalviro
Kalviro Ventures LLP is an India-based firm focused on curated access to wealth solutions for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-HNIs, and NRIs, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, GIFT City strategies, unlisted shares, and fixed-income products, subject to eligibility and product availability.
Registrations (for identification): AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-335497); APMI-registered intermediary (APRN-06567). Display of registrations does not imply endorsement of any specific product by regulators.
2. Nature of services — important disclaimers
- Information on the Site is for general education and marketing. It is not personalised investment, legal, or tax advice unless expressly agreed in a separate written engagement permitted by law.
- Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully. PMS, AIF, unlisted, and offshore/GIFT products carry additional risks including liquidity, concentration, and regulatory constraints.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
- Product availability, minimum tickets, and investor categories are determined by respective AMCs/sponsors and applicable law.
3. Client eligibility and onboarding
Access to certain tools, factsheets, or transaction flows may require registration, KYC, and suitability assessment. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you meet eligibility criteria for products you request. We may refuse or discontinue service where required by law or internal policy.
4. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, or introduce malware;
- impersonate any person or misstate affiliation with Kalviro;
- use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of SEBI/AMFI/AMPI or other applicable regulations; or
- reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.
5. Accounts and communications
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Notices sent to your registered email or phone may be treated as delivered. We may monitor communications for quality, compliance, and security as permitted by law.
6. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to AMC websites, Calendly, analytics providers, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, design, text, data compilations, and software on the Site are owned by Kalviro or licensors. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted; no other rights are granted by these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalviro and its partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on Site content. Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000 or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Kalviro against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory investor grievance mechanisms prescribed by regulators for regulated activities.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
