Kalviro Ventures LLP is an India-based firm focused on curated access to wealth solutions for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-HNIs, and NRIs, including mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIFs), GIFT City strategies, unlisted shares, and fixed-income products, subject to eligibility and product availability.

Content on the Site—including articles, fund highlights, comparisons, calculators, webinars, and dashboard materials—is provided for general education and marketing. It does not constitute personalised investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.
Where we discuss strategies, managers, or product categories, we describe what may be available on our platform after our internal evaluation—not a recommendation that any product is suitable for you. Suitability depends on your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and applicable law. You should consult qualified advisers before investing.
4. Investment risks by product type
Mutual funds: Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. NAVs can go up or down.
PMS and AIF: These are higher-ticket, less liquid products with concentrated portfolios, lock-ins, gating, and performance fees where applicable. They are suitable only for investors who meet regulatory eligibility and can bear loss of capital.
GIFT City / IFSC products: Offshore or IFSC-domiciled offerings involve additional considerations including currency, repatriation, tax treatment in India and your country of residence, and regulatory frameworks that differ from onshore Indian products. Eligibility is restricted; documentation requirements are strict.
Unlisted and pre-IPO securities: These instruments carry liquidity risk, valuation uncertainty, regulatory constraints on transfer, and the possibility of total loss. They are not exchange-traded and may not be available when you wish to exit.
Fixed income and credit products: Returns are subject to issuer credit risk, interest-rate risk, and early-redemption or restructuring events. Ratings can change; past coupon payments do not guarantee future payments.

6. Third-party managers, issuers, and documents
Kalviro curates access to strategies offered by SEBI-registered asset management companies, portfolio managers, AIF sponsors, and other regulated entities. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party factsheets, presentations, or data feeds. The authoritative documents for any investment are the offer document, scheme information document (SID), key information memorandum (KIM), private placement memorandum (PPM), and/or agreement issued by the relevant AMC, PMS provider, or sponsor.
Subscription, redemption, and account servicing for underlying products are governed by those third parties’ terms and applicable law. Kalviro is not responsible for manager investment decisions, operational errors at AMCs, or delays in corporate actions.
7. Tax and legal matters
Tax treatment depends on your residential status, holding period, product structure, and prevailing law (including the Income-tax Act, 1961, and IFSC/GIFT City frameworks where relevant). We do not provide tax filing or legal opinions through the Site. Engage a chartered accountant or tax counsel for advice specific to you.
8. Partner and referral arrangements
Kalviro works with independent financial advisers, wealth professionals, and distribution partners under written agreements. Partner referral codes identify introducers; commercial terms for specific funds are disclosed separately and must be confirmed before referral activity. Partners are not employees of Kalviro unless expressly stated. Kalviro does not guarantee any partner’s conduct outside agreed compliance standards.
9. Technology, dashboards, and data
Portfolio views, analytics, and alerts on the Site or client dashboard depend on data received from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or corrected retrospectively. Do not treat dashboard figures as official statements of account; rely on statements issued by the relevant AMC, registrar, or custodian.

Links to regulator websites, AMC pages, or media are provided for convenience. We do not control external content and are not responsible for their accuracy, security, or privacy practices.
11. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalviro disclaims liability for losses arising from reliance on Site content, market movements, third-party actions, or technical interruptions.
