Investor Complaints & Grievance Redressal
Need help or want to raise a concern? This page explains how to contact Kalviro about our service, what we can resolve directly, and when you should approach the fund house or regulator.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Our commitment
Kalviro Ventures LLP aims to treat clients, prospects, and partners fairly. If communication, onboarding, documentation, or service coordination has fallen short, tell us. Where Kalviro is responsible, we work to resolve the matter promptly.
2. What we can help with
Contact us about Kalviro’s own services and conduct, including:
- Website, onboarding, KYC, or dashboard access issues
- Clarity on our role as distributor or intermediary versus the product provider
- Coordination of applications, documentation, or status updates for products introduced through Kalviro
- Partner onboarding, referral codes, or agreement administration
- Privacy, data, or marketing communication preferences
- Conduct of Kalviro representatives that you believe is inappropriate or non-compliant
3. What we cannot resolve directly
Many investor grievances sit with the underlying product or manager, for example NAV calculation, redemption timelines, dividend credits, portfolio decisions, or fees charged by an AMC, PMS provider, or AIF sponsor. Raise those with the relevant entity through their official grievance process. We will help you find the right channel and, where appropriate, introduce you to the provider’s compliance or operations team.
4. How to lodge a complaint with Kalviro
Email (preferred): info@kalviroventures.com; subject line Investor Complaint: [your name]
Post: Compliance / Investor Grievance, Kalviro Ventures LLP, No 1 Cooks Road, SPR City, A-2904, Chennai 600012, Tamil Nadu, India
Include your full name, registered mobile, email, PAN (if already shared with us), product or strategy name (if any), date of interaction, and a clear description of the issue. Attach relevant screenshots or correspondence.
5. Review and escalation
Complaints are reviewed by our operations and compliance team. We aim to acknowledge within three business days and to provide a substantive response within fifteen business days for standard matters. Cases that involve third-party providers may take longer; we will keep you informed.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, reply on the same email thread requesting escalation to senior management.
6. External grievance redressal
You may also use regulator and industry channels, including:
- SEBI SCORES: scores.sebi.gov.in
- AMFI grievance redressal: amfiindia.com
- The relevant AMC, PMS provider, or AIF sponsor: see the offer document or factsheet for their grievance contact
Using an external channel does not stop us from helping where Kalviro’s involvement is relevant.
7. Partner-related concerns
If your concern relates to a Kalviro-authorised partner or referral introducer, include the partner name and referral code if known. We investigate breaches of our partner standards and agreements.
8. Privacy
Information you provide in a complaint is used to investigate and respond, and may be shared with product providers or regulators where required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
